Taylor breaks out

Not only is Fred Taylor dressed and playing today but on the Jaguars’ second play of the game Taylor broke up the middle for a 76-yard rush before being caught by CB Fred Bennett. That 76-yard rush ties Taylor’s second longest career rush. That rush set the Jaguars’ up for a 27-yard field goal. A facemask on Maurice Williams though pushed that field goal attempt to a 42-yard try that Carney missed wide right. With just over seven minutes in the first quarter the Jaguars are down 3-0.
