Tim Tebow supporters kept their teal and black at home and instead opted for the orange and blue for today’s game.
The day after the Jacksonville native became Florida’s third Heisman Trophy winner, gator fans in attendance showed their support for the phenom quarterback.
Stan and Katie Lawandoski both sported their Tebow jerseys to the game. “We probably would have worn them today even if he didn’t win,” said Katie. “We are diehard Gator fans.”
St. Augustine local Sunny Stevens showed his support for Tebow by wearing his “super” Tebow t-shirt bearing an orange Superman logo with a giant letter "T".
"My wife bought this for me three days ago for Christmas and I just thought I’d bust it out,” said Stevens.
