Oakland threw their second interception of the day, this time to Terry Cousin. Cousin didn't fumble the ball though and returned it 9-yards. David Garrard found Reggie Williams on the first play after the interception for 28-yards. That play brought Jacksonville to the six yard line. After a 2-yard Taylor run, David Garrard took the ball himself for a 2-yard touchdown.

Jacksonville now leads 28-3 and have scored on four of five possessions.
